Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early arrival or a late departure can usually be arranged if you let us know a day ahead.

You must be 18 or older. Everyone is asked for valid photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) at the casino door, hotel guests included.

Yes. Visitors aged 18+ are welcome with ID. Hotel guests get free entry and a welcome drink at the casino bar.

Smart casual. Shorts and flip-flops are fine by the pool, but not on the casino floor after 20:00.

Yes. Speak to any casino host or the duty manager. Visit limits and self-exclusion are arranged in private and take effect straight away.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 in the coffee house and is included in most rates. Your booking confirmation says which rate you have.

Two Courtyard Doubles on the ground floor have step-free access and a roll-in shower. The lift reaches every floor, including the roof terrace.

Yes. A private car costs €35 each way for up to three guests. Send us your flight number and we will meet you at arrivals.

There are a few underground spaces at €15 per night. They go quickly in summer, so please reserve one with your room.

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged when you book.
