When you use the booking or contact form we receive your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Write to the email address on our Contact page and we will reply within one month.
